public interface Notifier

Provides simple interface with info(String)-style methods. Meant for notifying the client about changes he/she has done. Outputting both to Logger and IDE. To use it acquire an instance from IncompatibilityNotifierFactory

An error level notification, about a fatal change that was not reloaded. For example when the class hierarchy (superclass) changes.
